Thanks for being nosy enough to dig all the way back to post #1 (or more precisely, #4). The de facto mission of this blog is to share the occasional interesting, unusual, or jaw-dropping items I run across… the stuff that sticks to the bottom of my mental wastebasket.

The name comes from a secret mailing list for some friends who get together every Friday for happy hour / dinner, only two of whom have been bored enough to post here on the blog I set up in its name. C’est la vie.
